The Unusual Encounter between Jewelry and Pastry<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]What do artisanal jewelry<\/strong> and haute patisserie macarons<\/strong> have in common? If the question seems unusual, one need only glance at the images in this article to immediately grasp the answer: the passion and care of Italian design<\/strong>. The protagonists are the jewelry by Daverio1933<\/strong> and the MacaRAL\u00ae by Rinaldini Pastry<\/strong>, which represent the unusual yet striking encounter of two Italian artisanal traditions<\/strong>, that of Luca Daverio, who in Bergamo designs and creates original jewelry continuing the family tradition, and that of Roberto Rinaldini, award-winning pastry chef from Rimini and well-known face of television programs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”50285″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Spring \u2013 Jewelry by Daverio1933 and MacaRAL by Rinaldini Pastry[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Luca Daverio and Roberto Rinaldini, Two Faces of Italian Design<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Jewelry has always been part of the fashion world and the Daverio1933 creations are an example: Luca Daverio<\/a> has followed in the footsteps of his father Franco, an eclectic artist who in the 1930s created his first jewelry-sculptures<\/a>, and today creates innovative pieces, expressions of contemporary Italian design.<\/p>\n

Creativity and design also dominate the universe of pastry and in this sense Roberto Rinaldini<\/a> has from the beginning created his own personal and modern style, which often draws inspiration from the fashion world, so much so that he is often called the “stylist of sweets.”<\/p>\n

The two designers, although in different fields, share the artisanal approach, attention to detail, the search for new expressive forms<\/strong> that start from tradition but evolve into innovative proposals, sometimes outside the box. They also have in common another detail, apparently secondary but actually fundamental for both: attention to the packaging<\/strong> in which they present their creations. Both Daverio jewelry and Rinaldini sweets reach customers’ hands in packages carefully crafted in every detail, which add even more value to the content.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”50291″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

An Encounter of Styles and Creativity<\/h3>\n

\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]All this is clearly present in the images that express the harmony between the two worlds, that of jewelry and that of pastry, which together represent Italian design<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The protagonists are the jewelry from the most renowned and appreciated Daverio collections<\/strong> and the MacaRAL<\/strong>\u00ae, Roberto Rinaldini’s exclusive reinterpretation of traditional French macarons. The name is inspired by the RAL color chart, one of the indispensable working tools of architects and designers. The idea is to create macarons with exclusive and unusual colors, from white to black, from blue to green. The MacaRAL\u00ae were created for Milan Design Week 2012 and since then have been one of the signature creations of Rinaldini Pastry.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Italian Design, the Four Seasons under the Banner of Jewelry and Macarons<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The common thread of the images are the seasons<\/strong>, told through the colors<\/strong> that distinguish them and which are represented by the pairing of macarons and jewelry.<\/strong> An unusual combination for Italian design<\/strong>, but with great effect.<\/p>\n

Spring<\/strong> (large photo, above<\/em>) is made of pastel colors that evoke flowers and fruits, like the blue and pink of the tennis bracelets<\/a> with stones, the pink and orange sapphires of the rings with precious stones<\/a> and the red enamel of the Love pendant<\/a>. The jewelry is accompanied by the red of raspberry MacaRAL\u00ae and the green of pistachio ones, up to the orange of exotic fruits. <\/p>\n

Summer<\/strong> (photo above<\/em>) immediately recalls the solar tones of the smoky quartz of the Calafate<\/a> ring and the Ricci pendant, while the rings with aquamarine and emerald recall the reflections of the sea; summer also has the taste of Sicilian pistachio and exotic fruit MacaRAL\u00ae.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Autumn<\/strong> (photo on the right<\/em>) has the warm colors of the brown tones of chocolate and coffee MacaRAL\u00ae, warmed and embellished by rose gold and chocolate, brown, yellow and green diamonds of the pendant from the Ricci<\/a> collection.<\/p>\n

Cold tones, instead, for winter<\/strong> (photo below<\/em>), with the white of snow and the blue shades of white chocolate and vanilla MacaRAL\u00ae.
